It has been a long time since I updated my blog. As usual, I am going to say that I am busy. Well, it is a fact. Anyway, today marks my 3 driving lessons. However, it is a sad one as I was badly criticised by the driving instructor. Although I confessed to him that I am a slow learner, he just kept criticizing me and claimed that I was not heeding his instructions (WTH!!!) I just feel that he don’t understand my problem. Thus, he has failed as an instructor. Yet, he kept saying how senior he is in this field and utilise this fact to say indirectly that I am the most stupid learner he has ever encountered. Worst of all, he is using his military ranks on me. He even mentioned how he commanded a company size of man in the past. (you think I care? Why don’t he try to do it in the civilan world? I shall see the success rate) Then, he compared me with the previous learner (who is a CPT in military rank). He said that the ‘CPT’ learner called him ‘sir’ during driving lesson. Thus, he is simply trying to hint me to call him ‘sir’. (WTH!!!) He has simply forgotten that he is in the civilan world. He is still in the utopian world. If he wants people to call him ‘sir’, why don’t he continue to sign on?
In contrast, he is indeed an experienced instructor with lots of useful teaching materials. I also admire his strictness in teaching. However, I detest him for using military power on me especially when I am a civilian wearing civilian clothes. If he wants to execute command in SAF, why don’t he try to fall in all the civilians and command all of us? If it is successful, such rule will have been done long ago.
